About the Owner
I am a proud breast cancer survivor since 1989, when I was diagnosed with level 3 metastatic breast cancer. At the time, I was a 36-year-old single mother with a son and a daughter to look after, and I was told that I would be lucky to live 2 years. Through the grace of God I am still here, and I now have six beautiful grandchildren who are the light of my life. Life is a miracle, and every day is a gift from God.
I now live on a small disability pension, because I also suffer from fibromyalgia which causes chronic pain and fatigue. I do not own a car, so all packages are delivered to the post office on foot. Because of this, I am not always able to make a trip to the post office every day, especially during severe winter weather. Your patience and understanding are much appreciated.
Running an online store has been both a joy and a challenge. I have met many lovely people from all over the world through this business. It is wonderful to meet so many creative and artistic people, and it is especially rewarding to be able to assist in bringing beauty and harmony into your home and life.
